Hawaii Island Economic Development Board and The ARC of Hilo entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) to develop a residential construction and demolition materials site in East Hawaii. The site for the reuse store is located in the old Miko meats facility, close to town and within a mile from the Hilo landfill.

The Resale Warehouse helps keep usable construction materials out of the landfill and helps our island community buy building materials for remodeling residential projects.
