Cost for Events: The conference includes conference materials, opening luncheon & dinner on Thursday. A continental breakfast, snack breaks, luncheon Friday, and Saturday morning breakfast all for $450 early registration until July 31, 2008 or $500 from August 1, 2008. Discounts for Non Profits, State and County employees are available by calling (808) 935-2180.
Refund Policy: There is a $55 cancellation fee. Refunds will be granted if a written request is submitted to HIEDB before August 1, 2008. From August 1, no refunds will be granted, but substitute registrants are welcome. There are no refunds for no shows.
